Fall Registration now underway

 

Christian Vocational Training School is pleased to announce the arrival of the 2008-09 school year, with Fall Registration, which began August 3, 2008. As we continue to experience tremendous growth, we look forward to expanding our selection of courses and identifying new ways to serve our students and the community.

 

Inside the CVTS Catalog for the year 2008-2009, you will find detailed information about the School along with descriptions of the individual courses available this year. Our selection of courses will allow you to engage in biblical education and training that will help you fulfill the aspirations of Ephesians 4:1, which charges us to “…walk worthy of the vocation wherewith [we] are called” (KJV). Developing believers to fulfill their God-ordained vocations is central to the vision for CVTS.

 

This school year, we are excited to announce two major CVTS developments. First, our website is live. On our site, www.cvtsonline.org, you can find lots of information about your school, and one class, Movies: A Christian Perspective, will be our first-ever online course. Second, we are excited to introduce two new Programs of Study which will give you the chance to take bundled courses to provide training in specific areas.

 

We now offer Programs of Study in Biblical Studies, Christian Ministry, Life Skills, and Prayer and Intercession. Each of these Programs of Study is certificate-granting, and we’ve placed descriptions of each Program of Study, along with the required courses, in the Catalog, beginning on page 10.

 

Please also browse the Fall 2008 Schedule of Courses. The Schedule of Courses contains information for each fall course, and it serves as a supplement to the Catalog. Specific information for each course, including dates, times, and faculty instructors, are included in the Schedule of Courses. Near the year’s end, a Spring 2009 Schedule of Courses will be distributed in time for the Spring semester.
