Request a Transcript

Current and former students can request a copy of their transcript, which details all course work completed through the most recent semester. Please be aware that official transcripts differ from unofficial transcripts when making your transcript request.

Official transcripts are sealed and indicate the credentials of CVTS; official transcripts are mailed directly to the appropriate institution. Unofficial transcripts can be picked up or mailed directly to the requesting student. You may request your transcript by clicking here. 

Please allow 2-3 weeks delivery time for transcript requests.
