How To Enroll

You may enroll in individual courses or in Programs of Study by completing a registration form and paying all required fees. You can register by:

Submitting a completed paper registration form to the CVTS Registration Office at Colorado Christian Fellowship during posted registration times. Registration forms may be may be picked up at the Registration Office. Registration fees must be paid in full in order to complete registration. 

Programs of Study are designed to be completed over two semesters (fall/spring). At the time of registration, all students must register for the two (2) required fall semester courses and the two (2) required spring semester courses.

The CVTS Registration Office is located at 10630 E. Iliff Ave., Aurora, CO 80014 (in the Havana Place Square, at the southeast corner of Iliff Avenue and Havana Street, just east of the Olive Garden restaurant). The Registration Office accepts paper registrations only during posted hours.

General Information

 

Withdrawals and Refunds

You may officially withdraw from an individual course or Program of Study at any time. However, you are only eligible for a tuition refund during the first two weeks of the school term. If you wish to withdraw from an individual course or Program, you must request a refund within the first two weeks of the semester. Tuition refunds will not be granted following the second week of the semester. An automatic refund of tuition will be processed in the event of a course cancellation.

 

Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is required of all students in order to successfully complete each course. General attendance requirements, based upon the course length, are listed below:

For 6 to 7 week courses, students may not be absent more than one (1) time.

For 8 to 11 week courses, students may not be absent more than two (2) times.

For 12 to 13 week courses, students may not be absent more than three (3) times.

Any other attendance requirements will be provided by the course instructor.

 

Class Cancellation Policy

CVTS may cancel a class meeting for the following reasons:

Faculty Absence: If a faculty member is unable to meet a scheduled class, and a substitute is not available, every effort will be made to contact you, as a student, about a class cancellation. Telephone and e-mail will be the primary means of alerting students.

Inclement Weather: If it becomes necessary to cancel a class due to inclement weather, every effort will be made to notify students and faculty as soon as possible. Notification may be made by phone and/or e-mail. As a student, you are encouraged to call the CVTS Hotline ( 303-309-6296  ) to inquire about a class cancellation due to inclement weather. You also are encouraged to check www.cvtsonline.org for class cancellation information.

Low Enrollment: CVTS may cancel an entire course due to Low Enrollment. If enrollment for a particular course is too low, the CVTS administration may cancel the course. In such cases, you will be notified by U.S. mail, phone or e-mail. As a student, you also will receive applicable refunds of tuition and fees paid.
